First, our reports are customer specific–not industry wide or 'market' reports. We provide financial, performance and comparative reports focused on specific client data with custom competitive set analysis.
Second, our research and reporting is completely independent of the industry. We do not offer consulting services that often interfere with accurate data gathering and analysis. Our reports provide unbiased information enabling a business to have comprehensive and factually accurate information.

How are the reports delivered?
Reports are delivered by email, typically in PDF or Microsoft Excel format.
Can I define who should receive our report?
yes, one of the biggest benefits of The Spa Report is getting timely data into the hands of all key stake holders who could benefit from the information. Baseline Advisor allows client administrators to set up distribution lists so reports are automatically sent to the appropriate people. Administrators may add or remove recipients at any time, and there is no limit to the number of people within a distribution list.
Can I add historical data to my reports?
Yes. New customers are able to enter one year of historical data at no additional cost.
How is the data submitted?
Authorized clients have full access to our online administration area allowing them to quickly manage their data. Entering data is extremely easy and takes only minutes. Clients also have the option to upload data or via email, fax or mail.
Do other companies have access to my data?
No. No individual client data is available to anyone other than approved members of that company. Baseline Advisor utilizes multiple layers of security to keep your data safe. Our system requires that all users have a validated email and password to send or retrieve data from the service, and all passwords are strongly typed and stored in a secure, encrypted format. We authenticate and log each request for data from our service and use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to secure data as it travels from the user's computer to our application. SSL encryption is the same technology that banking and e-commerce sites use to secure data including credit card numbers or bank account details.
Do other companies have access to my data in competitive set reports?
No. Individual client data is never disclosed to other organizations. Statistical and competitive set data is gathered and presented so that no individual company, brand or organization can be uniquely identified.
